Centrally located on the third-floor of the newly renovated Torrey Pines Center South, the ITS Tech Hub @ the Hive offers walk-up face-to-face support and expertise for your computing needs.
No appointment required. If you can bring it in, we’ll work on it! Phones, tablets, and ITS issued laptops are all served at the Hub. We will even support your personal devices by ensuring your work productivity applications are configured correctly. In the future we will also be offering a ServiceNow-integrated virtual queue to eliminate the need to physically walk to the Hub to save your place in line.
Our expert technicians will be able to assist with any and all technology-related questions. If your issue cannot be resolved at the Hub, we can assist with the creation and routing of your ServiceNow ticket to ensure the quickest resolution possible.
We will also offer scheduled training sessions on ITS supported technologies including Zoom, Microsoft 365, G-Suite, and other productivity services. Announcements will follow as these are scheduled.
