Release 11.0.0 introduced the following new features, fixes, and updates, to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on May 14th, 2022.
San Diego
The UCSD campus instance of ServiceNow has been upgraded to the San Diego release, our 11th major version since inception. Releases will now be denoted as version 11.x.x to identify this.
Platform
- Disabled a nag screen that would present to agents upon their first log into San Diego with incorrect information about a new user interface. While San Diego does have the option for a refreshed UI, this will be introduced at a later date, and this information will be displayed then.
Request Catalog
- Adjusted the internal names of some catalog items, to prevent them from displaying incorrectly in the Service Portal.
