Release 15.1.0 introduced the following fix to the campus instance of ServiceNow at UC San Diego and was implemented on August 27, 2025.
Agent View
- Fixed a bug where the background of the notification popup in Agent View was too dark.
Request Catalog
- Fixed a minor issue on the Background Check request form.
- Fixed an issue with the Payment Request Form POETAF fields and the API to Oracle.
- Added new academic year option to the Award Period on Undergraduate Scholarship Payment Request Form.
- Made fixes and updates to the Create a Jira Project form and workflow.
- Made verbiage changes to the Mail, Google, MyEmma Request form.
- Made updates to the "Housing Installment Plan Change Request" Form.
- Fixed minor issues with CourseLeaf access form.
- Added a new form called New COA Account Form.
- Made the "Surplus/Retire Hardware" form a standalone item on the "ITS Endpoint Management" order guide
HR Service Delivery
- Related knowledge base results will appear within the HR General Inquiry form on the Employee Center.
CMDB/Assets
- Added a new inbound action for creating new Asset Tasks to ITS-WorkstationLifecycle.
Administrators
- Added billing source limit on our agent funding table in order to help manage the number of agents a billing source can have.
- Added Approvals related list to admin views of customer contact.
